Far from the madding crowds, you won’t get swallowed up by the tourist throngs with Latitude South. Personally relevant, luxury Latitude South Australia and New Zealand experiences are what we do best and below is what you can expect from us in the planning of your journey.
In booking your no obligation consultation with Latitude South by submitting your ‘Start the Conversation’ form, our initial planning conversation follows.
This is the time to start feeling the reality of this journey you have been considering come to life. Your Luxury Travel Curator will spend as much time as you need on the telephone or in a video call, to develop a sense of who you are, what regions of Australia &/or New Zealand will speak to your interests deeply, and the aspects of each of these areas that will resonate with you. From here, Your Journey Plan follows.
As with The Consultation, The Journey Plan that follows is without obligation and is meticulously prepared by your Luxury Travel Curator in a tightly tailored manner that honours your individual goals for your time in Australia &/or New Zealand. Following some time to review and discuss Your Journey Plan, you will benefit from a further consultation with your Luxury Travel Curator during which your questions and comments are welcomed and necessary to make this journey truly yours. At this point you will receive your updated Journey Plan that speaks to the questions and comments discussed with your Luxury Travel Curator. From here, The Booking Process commences.
You will receive your booking forms with your journey cost including the amount of your 35% deposit. Within your booking forms, we will ask you to include your individual needs such as dietary requirements, special requests, and your passport details. Following our receipt of your completed booking forms, Your Journey Confirmation begins.
As part of Your Journey Confirmation, you will receive your Welcome to Latitude South email that will take you through what to expect from us as we seek confirmation on Your Journey Plan as proposed. We stay in touch with you through confirmation to ensure you are abreast of the planning we are facilitating on your behalf. Once Your Journey Confirmation is completed and your arrangements are in place, the best part follows – Your Journey.
Your Journey begins! Your Luxury Travel Curator will be in touch to warmly welcome you to our part of the world and the Latitude South team will be at your fingertips for anything you require whilst in Australia &/or New Zealand. Whilst you are travelling with Latitude South, we are fully accountable to you and we care deeply about your experiences whilst in Australia &/or New Zealand. We welcome Your Feedback following your return from Your Journey and depending on your preference, this can be provided in either writing, over the telephone or in a video call.
